This Privacy Policy sets out the basic principles for the protection of personal data, as well as the rules for the storage and use of Cookies by users of the services of UCUBER PSA and visitors to the website www.ucuber.com.

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with generally applicable law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2001, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), as well as in accordance with national provisions enacted pursuant to or in connection with the GDPR.
The Administrator processes data provided by Users solely for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the Service and for the delivery of the value and outcomes envisaged within the scope of the Service's operation, such as preparing a response to a request for a quotation, performing a contract, or handling contact inquiries.
Data Collected via Contact Forms
In the contact forms placed within the Service, we may collect the following data:
- User's first and last name,
- User's email address,
- User's phone number,
- information on how the User learned about our offer,
- the planned type of investment,
- workplace and job position,
- additional information voluntarily provided by the User in the form.
In addition, your data may be collected and processed by us as part of advertising campaigns in which we use instant contact forms made available on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
Through these contact forms, we may collect personal data within the scope of:
- User's first and last name,
- User's email address,
- User's phone number,
- location (e.g., the place of the planned investment),
- information on whether the User owns a building plot,
- additional information voluntarily provided in the form.
Furthermore, if a User uses the dedicated configurator tool, in addition to the data collected as described above, the Administrator obtains from the User data concerning the User's potential interest in the additional offer.
Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data provided by Users in contact, registration, or advertising forms are processed by the Administrator for the purpose of preparing and presenting an offer, providing information on cooperation terms and promotions, and responding to submitted inquiries.
This data may also be used for further contact with the User in connection with the offer submitted, and to the extent necessary to carry out pre-contractual actions, in order to send and present the offer in which the User has expressed interest by completing the Contact form and voluntarily consenting to receive the offer.
We may transfer personal data to recipients who will process it in countries outside the EEA — so-called third countries, including, among others, the USA. This is related to our use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity. This may occur, among other things, in connection with remarketing or our use of the aforementioned partner programs. This may only occur in the following situations:
- If it is necessary for us to perform a contract concluded with you, e.g., when we provide services to you outside the European Union,
- When we obtain your consent for this.
Only when appropriate safeguards are ensured, e.g., by including in the contract with the data recipient standard data protection clauses adopted by the (EU) Commission, and provided that in the third country your data protection rights are enforceable and you are entitled to effective legal remedies.
Marketing and Commercial Consents
I consent to the processing of the above-mentioned personal data for marketing purposes via telephone calls by Ucuber PSA, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 171, item 1800, as amended).
I consent to the processing of the above-mentioned personal data for marketing purposes by electronic means by Ucuber PSA, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
I consent to receiving commercial information regarding products and services offered by Ucuber PSA via electronic mail, in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
Additional Data
Furthermore, as part of the use of services provided by the Administrator, information is also collected on the IP addresses of the devices of Users and other persons visiting the website, which is used solely for the purpose of analyzing and verifying the operation of the website.
Security
The pages of the Service are equipped with appropriate security measures meeting the requirements of Polish law, aimed at protecting data under the Administrator's control against disclosure to unauthorized persons, seizure by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the law, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
We undertake to protect all personal data and information disclosed to us by Service users in accordance with security protection and confidentiality standards.
Cookie files used by the Administrator, placed on the end devices of Users and other persons visiting the Administrator's website, may be made available to the company's partners and cooperating advertisers or other entities.
Personal data is processed in accordance with legal requirements.
The User may, at any time, request access to the data provided, its rectification or amendment, as well as request the cessation of its processing, by writing to the Administrator at: info@ucuber.com
Final Provisions
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 9 July 2026, until revoked or amended by the Administrator.
The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy by publishing the changes on the website.
Cookie Policy
The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
Cookie files (so-called "cookies") constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for use with the Service's websites. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
The entity placing cookie files on the end device of the Service User and obtaining access to them is the website operator, UCUBER prosta spółka akcyjna.
Cookie files are used for the purpose of:
- adapting the content of the Service's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow the User's device to be recognized and the website displayed accordingly, tailored to the User's individual needs,

- maintaining the Service User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service,
- conducting remarketing campaigns, targeting advertisements tailored to users' interests, and measuring the effectiveness of advertising activities carried out.
Two basic types of cookie files are used within the Service: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookie files are stored on the User's end device for the period specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
The following types of cookie files are used within the Service:
- "necessary" cookie files, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g., authentication cookie files used for services requiring authentication within the Service,
- cookie files used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect authentication abuse within the Service,

- "functional" cookie files, enabling the User's selected settings to be remembered and the User interface personalized, e.g., regarding the selected language or region of origin of the User, font size, and website appearance,
- "marketing" cookies and partner tracking codes (Meta, Google), enabling remarketing activities and personalization of advertisements.
For statistical and optimization purposes, we use the following analytical tools:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – analysis of traffic and visit sources,
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) – management of tracking codes and tags,
- Microsoft Clarity
Data collected in this respect includes, among other things, IP address, browser type, operating system, language, and activity on the website (e.g., subpages visited, clicks).
In many cases, web browsing software (web browser) allows, by default, the storage of cookie files on the User's end device. Users of the Service may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings may be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block automatic handling of cookie files in the web browser settings, or to notify each time a cookie is placed on the Service User's device. The Service Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookie files may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service's websites.
Cookie files placed on the end device of the Service User may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
